SUPER GAME VCD LAUNCHER — BEHIND THE PROJECT This project was created by Erick in 2025 as a tribute to the Super Game VCD 300 disc, which played NES/Famicom games directly on DVD players such as the Lenoxx DK417.The idea arose from childhood nostalgia when a karaoke machine came with a surprise disc containing 150 classic games. Even without knowing what a VCD was, the magic began there — with two controllers, late-night gaming with siblings, and the feeling of discovering a hidden universe inside a DVD.The launcher was made with:- CopperCube as the visual and navigation base- FCEUX as the emulation engine- Customized .bat files for each game- Layout faithful to the original disc, with 15 pages and 10 games per page.Challenges faced:- Black screen on some PCs (resolved with testing and adjustments)- Emulation of the paddle for the game Arkanoid (fixed with FCEUX configuration)- Manual organization of the 150 games, one by one.This project is not for profit.
